A comprehensive approach for the plastics industry
Delta Tecnic’s participation in Plastics & Rubber will bring together three of its main areas of activity, offering a comprehensive overview of solutions for the plastics processing sector.
On the one hand, the Masterbatch division will present its color and additive solutions designed to optimize the performance of plastic materials in various processing methods, providing color consistency, stability, and production efficiency.
Through its Trading Plastics division, Delta Tecnic distributes technical solutions in Iberia from leading international manufacturers such as Baerlocher, Cabot, Rifra, Ad Trading, and Kennametal, providing processors with advanced additives that improve material processability, formulation stability, and the efficiency of industrial processes.
Meanwhile, the Trading Pigments division will present its portfolio of high-quality pigments and special effects from manufacturers such as Eckart (Altana Group), Cabot, Cinic, Aralon, Bioglitter SILI, and G&J, used in plastics applications where color, visual effect, and material stability are key factors.

Participation in the TechFocus Conferences Program
As part of the event, Delta Tecnic will participate alongside Baerlocher in the TechFocus Conferences, where the features and applications of Baerolub® AID, a new family of PFAS- and siloxane-free Polymer Processing Aids (PPA), will be presented in detail.
These additives have been developed to optimize the behavior of the polymer during extrusion, improving material flow, reducing pressure on the die and minimizing surface defects, which contributes to greater process stability and improved production efficiency.
The presentation will also address the current challenges associated with replacing traditional fluoropolymer-based PPAs in an increasingly demanding regulatory environment, as well as the opportunities offered by new solutions to move towards more sustainable formulations.
The presentation will take place on March 11 from 11:40 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Hall 9, under the title “Successful Replacement of PFAS-Classified PPAs,” and will be given by Martin Frantzen, Technical Account Manager – Special Additives at Baerlocher, in collaboration with Delta Tecnic.
