Delta Tecnic will also offer a technical presentation, Navigating the EU Glitter Ban & Compliant Options for Cosmetics by Dr. Anna Lucea, Sales Director Pigments Trading Division at Delta Tecnic, focusing on the latest trends for the cosmetics industry. This will explain how to understand the confusing EU2023-2055 microplastics legislation, especially for a product such as glitter that contains more than one proprietary polymer, but will also examine the exemptions, transition periods and labelling requirements associated with the legislation, as well as compliant glitter options currently available in the cosmetics market.
