RANGE OF STANDARD COLOURS AND TAILOR-MADE MASTERBATCHES THAT COVER THE FULL COLOUR RANGE
We have a wide range of white single pigment Masterbatches for PVC tinted to achieve varying degrees of opacity and whiteness.
Delta Tecnic has a wide range of single pigment colours in cryopellet form, of a size smaller than 1 mm, and can offer Masterbatches produced with pigments from different manufacturers to cover the full colour range.
On demand, we can manufacture a pigment cryopellet requested by the customer, with the only limitation being a minimum production of 300 kg.
The most common colour in this sector is white. We have a wide range of standard colours, but if the customer is looking for a special tone or the base they are using modifies the tone and the result is not as expected, we offer tailor-made colours with the customer’s base polymer.
PELLETS
Our standard pellets for PVC are cylindrical, of approximately 3.5 mm x 3 mm.
MICROPELLETS
Sometimes, due to process conditions, use of a smaller pellet is necessary to facilitate Masterbatch dilution.
Delta Tecnic has developed two types of smaller Masterbatch pellets:
- The micropellet MP, of 2.5 mm x 1.0 mm.
- The small micropellet, SMP, of 1.5 mm x 1.0 mm.
Use of micropellets is also recommended when the customer requires a metallic effect and good dilution.
