25 November 2025 – Global Polymer Solutions S.L. (“Delta Tecnic” or the “Group”), an independently managed investment subsidiary of Investindustrial Growth III SCSp (“Investindustrial”), has entered into exclusive negotiations regarding the potential acquisition of 100% of Polytechs Financière SAS and its subsidiaries (“Polytechs” or the “Company”), a leading French producer of specialty masterbatches and compounds. The transaction is subject to customary conditions, including completion of the works council consultation process in France as well as approval by the relevant regulatory authorities.

Founded in 1980 and headquartered in Cany-Barville (Normandy), Polytechs is recognised as a trusted partner to leading polymer specialists and compounders, offering both customised tolling and semi-tolling services alongside a wide portfolio of proprietary masterbatches. Through advanced R&D and deep technical expertise, Polytechs empowers customers to efficiently manufacture specialty compounds, masterbatches, and blends tailored to their requirements. In addition, Polytechs markets a selection of proprietary additive masterbatches that complement its tolling activities, serving key industries such as wire & cable, energy and food packaging.

With this acquisition, Delta Tecnic would strengthen its position as a one-stop provider of solutions for the thermoplastic industry, extending its offering to include advanced, specialty tolling services and an attractive portfolio of proprietary additive masterbatches. The geographical complementarity would enable Delta Tecnic to strengthen its presence in the French market, while Polytechs would gain access to Delta Tecnic’s established networks in Spain, Italy, and Mexico – unlocking new growth opportunities across Southern Europe and the Americas.

Polytechs would represent the Group’s second add-on acquisition since September 2024, following the acquisition of IFG, a producer of additive masterbatches. With this potential acquisition, Delta Tecnic would further consolidate its position as a leading independent European-based provider of specialty solutions for the thermoplastic industry, serving a broad range of end-markets worldwide.

Post-acquisition, Delta Tecnic expects to generate combined revenues of approximately €140 million and would operate eight manufacturing facilities across Spain, Italy, France, and Mexico, further diversifying and strengthening its industrial footprint.
