Colour Cable Specialist

Delta Tecnic has developed specific PVC, ISO/PVC, PE, XLPE, CPE, EVA, PBT, PA, PP, TPU, TPE-E, TPA, ETFE masterbatch ranges designed to cover the technical colour needs on Cables and PVC industries.

Our  DELTACOLOR Masterbatch, have been developed with a special selection of pigments that guarantee an optimal dilution and coloration of the compounds or polymers base. The World is color and this is our passion.

COLOUR

Deltacolor masterbatches have been developed in compliance with the following standards: RAL 840HR, MUNSELL EIA359, SAE J-1128, BS6746C, NCS, AFNOR, AENOR, NFX-08-002, UNE-48-103-94, CEI 304, FDS595C, NEMA. Delta Tecnic can develop any special colour at the customer’s request. Minimum production is 25 Kg.

DOSAGE

Deltacolor masterbatches have been developed for a 1-3% dosage, depending on the application sector and on the polymer compound used.

LIGHT FASTNESS

It has been tested under regulation DIN 53387 – Blue scale (1=very low; 8=very high). Delta Tecnic has also developed the same colour range incorporating in their formulation UV absorbers and/or antioxidants in order to protect the mechanical characteristics of the base polymer for a longer period of time. These masterbatches are identified with UV at the end of the masterbatch name. Dosage will be indicated in each case.

TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE

All the pigments used for the manufacture of any of our Deltacolor masterbatch ranges have been selected to resist processing temperatures appropriately. Our product Technical Specifications indicate the temperature resistance of each masterbatch.

PRODUCT PRESENTATION

Deltacolor masterbatches are supplied in 25 Kg bags and 1.000 Kg pallets. Any other kind of packaging can be prepared upon request.
